We have positions available at our State St and Jackson Rd facilities. Edward Brothers Malloy is an EEO/AA/M/F/D/V employer.  

We have positions available on all three shifts at our Jackson Rd and State St facilities. 

Duties:

Manufacturing Mechanical Operator will be able to set up, operate, and perform deneral & preventative maintenance on a variety of large manufacturing machines. Operator will be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures and job order requirements to meet acceptable quality standards. Will need to have leadership skills and be able to direct, motivate and lead a crew.  Following safety protocols is a must.  Operator will cross train on a variety of machines and provide back up on those machines.

*Trouble Shooting and analyzing production and equipment problems.

* Must be able to produce to standard production an quality standards.

* Must be able to train helpers and other operators, and to cross train in other manufacturing areas.

*Will need effective communication skills, both written and oral.

 

Qualifications:

 

Must be able to read and understand written and oral instructions. Must be able to cross train in a variety of entry level positions. Must have high level of mechanical aptitude. Mathmatical and problem solving skills are a must. Leadership and interpersonal skills are necessary. Team Player.

 Some travel between Jackson rd and State St plants required.

 

 

High School Diploma or GED

At least 3 - 5  years of mechanical/machine operator experience preferred
